Aromatherapy, many are treated with it, and many are practitioners of it. The question is will you fall asleep with the use of it. There are many supporters of it who will tell you yes, as well as many detractors who will tell you no way. Who is right?
Now I personally have used various oil in the past, and all though I may not have fallen asleep from them they did set a relaxing atmosphere which did help me distress and then fall asleep.

I think that in the end each of us will have to conduct are own research to determine what is best for our own health.
